At BossBaby, every order is prepared with intention and care. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During product launches, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.

3. Made-to-Order or Limited Drops
Some BossBaby pieces may be produced in small batches or made-to-order to ensure quality and minimize waste.
If applicable, estimated production timelines will be noted on the product page.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
BossBaby is not responsible for:
