At BossBaby, we are committed to delivering premium quality babywear crafted with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn.

  • Items must be unwashed.

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked non-returnable

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • BossBaby is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.

After processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

8. Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

9. Policy Updates

BossBaby reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date.
